Protecting your health and the health of our staff is of utmost importance and we will always operate in a manner that protects both parties and complies with the current government and health advice.
There are no certainties in the current environment and your patience and understanding is appreciated.
We require that you respect the health and wellbeing of staff and other guests and if you are unwell, seek medical advice, maintain social distancing, mask wearing where required and comply with any further mandates or requests from government, health directives or from park staff.
We maintain a high standard of cleanliness in every area and provide sanitizer in all public locations for use. We provide contactless check-in as required and we ask that you minimise your touchpoints as much as possible within the areas of the park.

We are deemed an essential service and therefore serve to provide a safe accommodation service for guests impacted by COVID-19, however we reserve the right to refuse entry or accommodation services if you do not comply with our requirements or refuse to supply information as requested.
